Welcome to Petal & Knots. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

 

1. Product Safety & Age Recommendation

  • Our handcrafted boxed crochet flowers and gift items are not suitable for children under 12 years of age, unless under adult supervision.

  • These items are decorative and may contain small parts. Please ensure they are kept out of reach of young children to prevent choking hazards.

 

2. Ordering & Availability

  • We strive to keep our online inventory up to date. In the rare case an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item of comparable value, style, and quality.

  • If a suitable replacement cannot be found, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our available payment methods.

  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order is placed.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on location or courier delays.

  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct — we are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect information.

 

5. Refunds, Returns & Faulty Products

  • Change of mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

  • Faulty or damaged goods: You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • To request a remedy for faulty goods, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the item.

  • If a product is deemed faulty, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning it to us.

6. Substitutions

  • If an item is out of stock, we will select a replacement of equal value and similar style.

  • Substitutions are only made when we cannot fulfil the exact item ordered.

  • You will be notified of any substitutions prior to dispatch.

  • All images, designs, and content on this website are the property of Petal & Knots and are protected by copyright.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Petal & Knots is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

  • Our liability for faulty products is limited to remedies provided under ACL.

  • We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order or by law.
